Role: Handyman

Location: Greenwich, London

Salary: £36,000 (flexible, depending on experience)

Hours: Monday - Friday, 8am - 5pm

About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Handyman to join the team at a residential site in Greenwich. The role focuses exclusively on the commercial communal areas of the building - no work inside individual apartments.

Ideal Candidate

The ideal candidate will come from a Painting & Decorating background with strong all-round fabric maintenance skills, ensuring the communal spaces are well maintained, presentable, and safe.

Key Responsibilities
  • Painting and decorating of communal areas (walls, ceilings, woodwork, touch-ups)
  • General fabric maintenance, repairs, and minor plastering
  • Basic tiling and finishing works where required
  • Supporting the Facilities/Building Management team with reactive maintenance tasks
  • Ensuring all works are carried out safely and to a high standard
Requirements
  • Proven background in Painting & Decorating (essential)
  • General handyman / multi-trade skills (fabric works)
  • Ability to work independently and to deadlines
  • Strong attention to detail with high-quality finishes
  • Excellent attitude towards customer service and safety
