Job Description
- Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric systems.
- Inspect property structures and address any identified issues promptly.
- Assist in the installation and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
- Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure property standards are met.
- Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any defects or concerns.
- Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
- Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
- Support the Property team with general maintenance duties as required.
The Successful Applicant
A successful Fabric Engineer should have:
- Proven experience in building maintenance or a related role.
- Technical knowledge of building fabric systems and materials.
- Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
- Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
- A commitment to delivering high-quality work in a professional manner.
- A relevant qualification in construction, maintenance, or a related field (desirable).
