Job Description

  • Carry out routine maintenance and repairs on building fabric systems.
  • Inspect property structures and address any identified issues promptly.
  • Assist in the installation and upkeep of fixtures, fittings, and finishes.
  • Work collaboratively with other departments to ensure property standards are met.
  • Maintain accurate records of completed tasks and report any defects or concerns.
  • Adhere to all health and safety regulations while performing duties.
  • Respond to emergency repair requests in a timely manner.
  • Support the Property team with general maintenance duties as required.

The Successful Applicant

A successful Fabric Engineer should have:

  • Proven experience in building maintenance or a related role.
  • Technical knowledge of building fabric systems and materials.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to work independently and manage time effectively.
  • A commitment to delivering high-quality work in a professional manner.
  • A relevant qualification in construction, maintenance, or a related field (desirable).
