Job Title: Fabric Technician

Salary: £35,000 to 38,000

Are you a skilled and versatile Fabric Technician with experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance? My client is a large facilities maintenance company, they are currently seeking a fabric technician to join a team on a mobile retail contract around the Cambridge area. The Salary is between £35,000 to 38,000 working 40 hours Monday to Friday

Key Responsibilities:

As a Mobile Fabric Technician, you will be responsible for providing maintenance and repair services across a diverse portfolio of retail stores. Your role will include, but is not limited to:

  • Plumbing repairs and installations
  • Carpentry work
  • Planned Preventative Maintenance (PPM)
  • General maintenance and repairs as required
  • Ensuring all work is completed efficiently and to a high standard
  • Responding to reactive maintenance requests in a timely manner

Qualifications and Skills:

  • Proven experience in plumbing, carpentry, and general maintenance
  • Relevant trade qualifications
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
