About The Role:

Shift Pattern:

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure all delegated Reactive Works orders and PPMs are completed within the contract-defined time SLAs & KPIs.
• The successful candidate must contribute to overall efficiency, effectiveness, and contract profitability, supporting the delivery of quality service.
• Support the site supervisor in implementing an integrated approach for all contracted services, ensuring works are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the required standards.

Key Hiring Criteria:

• Time-served Fabric engineer with a maintenance background.
• Skills in Carpentry, Painting & Decorating, Door Hanging, Carpet/Lino repairs, Glazing Repairs, Masonry Repairs, Locksmiths, Tiling, and ceiling grids/tiles.
• Knowledge of safety documentation and procedures to ensure site safety.
• Legionella Awareness.
• Right to work in the UK.
• CSCS Skills card or equivalent qualification.
• First Aid certification.
