Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi-skilled Handyperson in Bristol. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on a single site.

This is a Monday to Friday position working 40 hours per week. In return, you will receive:

• Salary up to £34,000 per annum
• 40 hours per week
• 23 + 8 days' holidays
• Static role
• No call-out rota

Requirements:

• Full UK driving licence
• Ability to work independently and proactively

Duties / Responsibilities:

The role involves carrying out non-technical repairs and minor PPMs in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites, including:

• Plumbing repairs
• PPMs and reactive maintenance
• Building maintenance
• Legionella Level 2 certification
• Hot and cold water systems
• Water flushing
• Fire alarm testing
• Basic lighting maintenance
• Replacing lights
• Unblocking toilets
• Manholes
• Roof leak repairs
• Door frame repairs
• Flooring repairs
• Water temperature checks
• All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
