Job description

An excellent opportunity for an experienced Fabric Engineer/Multi skilled handyperson in Birmingham. You will join the static division to ensure all preplanned and reactive maintenance tasks are carried out on one single site.
This is a Monday to Friday position working a 40 hours per week, In return you will receive:

• Salary up to £34,000 per annum
• working 40 hours per week
• 23+ 8 days' holidays
• Static role
• No call out rota

• Full UK driving licence.
• Ability to work independently and proactively.

Duties / Responsibilities:
The purpose of this role is to carry out non-technical repairs and minor PPM's in planned and reactive maintenance at various sites.

• Hot and Cold water systems
• Water Flushing
• Fire Alarm texting
• Basic lighting Maintenance
• Fixing lights
• Unblocking toilets

• Plumbing Duties
• Fixings Roof Leaks
• Door Frames
• Flooring Repairs
• Changing Lights
• Fixing leaks
• Water temperature checks
• All aspects of building maintenance within the facilities
