The Football Association is seeking a FA Women's School Talent Education Operations Officer to provide administrative and operational support for the Girls' Schools Talent Education Programme. This role involves managing multiple tasks, fostering relationships, and ensuring effective data management to enhance the development of female players aged 8-16. Candidates should possess strong organisational skills, effective communication abilities, and proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel. This is a fixed-term role until June 2028, offering opportunities to contribute to an innovative programme bridging education and football.
The FA Women's School Talent Education Operations Officer will provide exceptional administrative and operational support to the FA Women's Talent Education for Schools Team.
The Barclays Talent Education Programme is a new initiative building on the success of the Barclays Girls' Football School Partnerships. This innovative programme strengthens the connection between education and football, creating more opportunities for talented female players.
The programme aims to bridge the gap between the Barclays Girls' Football School Partnerships and the talent pathway, enabling more talented girls aged 8-16 in schools to transition into the talent pathway. Additionally, it ensures that girls aged 14-16 already within the talent pathway receive comprehensive support for their football development, academic studies, and lifestyle management.
This is a fixed term contract that will run until 30th June 2028.
Interviews are scheduled to be held at The National Football Centre, St. George's Park on Wednesday 20th August 2025.
