C Cameron Clarke Associates t/a talent-finder is seeking a Project Manager in Oxfordshire (near Banbury) to lead international Formula One hospitality projects, coordinating timelines, budgets and teams to deliver exceptional client experiences.

The role involves hands-on live-event delivery, frequent travel, and close collaboration with senior project managers, creative, production and delivery teams to ensure projects run smoothly from brief to installation.

Qualifications

• Experience coordinating projects with multiple stakeholders and deadlines.
• Strong organisational skills and attention to detail.
• Confident communication and client relationship-building.
• Proficient in project management, CRM and MS Office.
• Willingness to travel internationally and work some weekends during F1 season.

Responsibilities

• Support the planning and delivery of Formula One hospitality projects from brief to post-event debrief.
• Assist with management of timelines, budgets, schedules and deliverables.
• Coordinate with internal teams to keep projects on track.
• Support design, build, installation and logistics requirements.
• Maintain project documentation, schedules and action lists.
• Prepare client updates, presentations and project reports.
• Build relationships with clients, suppliers and internal stakeholders.
• Attend selected races and assist on-site delivery and installation.
• Identify and resolve project issues, escalating complex matters.
• Support continuous improvement in project processes and client delivery.
