Job Description:

D365 F&O Solution Architect - Contract Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Pearson Carter is working with a global client providing shared business services to a variety of successful companies worldwide. Industries include healthcare, technology, motor sports, and renewable energy, aiming for sustainable growth.

This is a 6-month contract with potential for extension.

Responsibilities:

• Troubleshoot ERP user issues with support teams and Microsoft support.
• Serve as SME supporting finance & commercial teams on ERP modules, especially D365 F&O.
• Provide first-level support for end-users, resolving data, system, and integration issues.
• Manage Dynamics 365 F&O access and automate role-based permissions.
• Support application troubleshooting and maintenance.
• Collaborate with support, implementation, product teams, and stakeholders for a seamless experience.
• Identify system improvements and implement enhancements.
• Communicate with stakeholders to optimize ERP system usage and development.

Skills Required:

• Experience with Supply Chain modules: Warehousing, Production, Inventory & Manufacturing.
• 5-8 years with Dynamics 365 Finance & Operations or related experience.
• Understanding of Dynamics 365 integration with technologies like Azure.
• Strong MS Office skills (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
• Ability to work independently and in teams.
• Good understanding of accounting principles.
• Experience in all lifecycle stages of MS D365 F&O implementation is a plus.

Location:

Client offices in London & Oxford; hybrid role with flexible arrangements based on experience.

Day Rate:

Approximately £600/day, outside IR35, dependent on experience.
