Job Description:

Position: D365 F&O Solution Architect - Contract Inside IR35 - Hybrid

Pearson Carter is working with a global client providing shared business services across various industries including healthcare, technology, motor sports, and renewable energy. The role is a 6-month contract with potential extension.

Responsibilities:

1. Troubleshoot ERP user issues with support teams and Microsoft support.
2. Support finance & commercial teams as SME on D365 F&O modules.
3. Provide first-level support for end-users and investigate system issues.
4. Manage Dynamics 365 F&O access and automate role-based permissions.
5. Assist with application support, troubleshooting, and maintenance.
6. Collaborate with support, implementation, and product teams for a seamless experience.
7. Identify and implement system improvements and automation.
8. Engage with stakeholders to optimize ERP system usage and development.

Skills Required:

1. Experience with Supply Chain modules: Warehousing, Production, Inventory & Manufacturing.
2. 5-8 years of experience with Dynamics 365 F&O in a technical or functional role.
3. Understanding of Dynamics 365 F&O integration with other platforms like Azure.
4. Proficiency in MS Office (PowerPoint, Excel, Word).
5. Ability to work independently and in teams to meet deadlines.
6. Good grasp of accounting principles.

Location:

Offices in London & Oxford, with a hybrid work model flexible depending on experience.

Day Rate:
