Rise Technical Recruitment Limited is recruiting a F-Gas Trainer for a respected training provider. The role is based in York with regular travel to Livingston, including overnight stays.

Your background as Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump Engineer will be developed with full training to become a qualified Trainer, delivering F-Gas courses and expanding across additional disciplines as you progress.

F-Gas Trainer - Full Training Provided

£42,000 rising to £46,000 once fully qualified + Company Vehicle or £3,840 Car Allowance + Training + Progression + Pension + 25 Days Holiday + Bank Holidays

Are you an experienced Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump Engineer with an F-Gas qualification?

Do you want to step off the tools and move into a technical training role where you will receive full training and development to become a qualified Trainer?

The company are a highly respected specialist training provider delivering industry-leading technical courses across a range of engineering disciplines. Due to continued growth, they are looking to expand their training team in York and develop experienced industry professionals into highly skilled, multi-disciplined technical Trainers.

In this role, you will initially specialise in delivering F-Gas training to Refrigeration, Air Conditioning and Heat Pump Engineers. You will receive full development to become a qualified Trainer and, once established within your discipline, have the opportunity to broaden your technical knowledge across areas such as ventilation and mechanical systems. The role will be primarily based in York, with regular travel to their Livingston training centre, including overnight stays.

The ideal candidate will come from a Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump Engineering background and must hold an F-Gas qualification. You do not need previous teaching or training experience, as full training will be provided, but you must be happy to travel to Livingston when required.

This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced Refrigeration, Air Conditioning or Heat Pump Engineer to step off the tools, gain professional training qualifications and build a long-term career developing other engineers.
