We are seeking a motivated individual to join our Repairs Team at David Dale House.
The ideal candidate will possess excellent IT and Customer Care Skills, with the ability to follow pre-determined procedures and instructions to ensure the effective delivery and development of the Housing Repairs Service.
You will handle a high volume of calls and interact with various customers, providing advice and guidance on the Housing Repairs Service. Responsibilities include diagnosing and booking repairs over the phone and processing mail to support service efficiency and development.
