A Day in the Life of a Food & Beverage Team Member

What you'll be doing...

• Welcoming guests warmly and providing attentive service to ensure a memorable experience.
• Taking and accurately processing food and drink orders, noting special requests.
• Serving food and drinks while maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
• Setting up, cleaning, and resetting tables and service areas to keep the dining space inviting.
• Preparing and serving a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assisting with inventory and restocking supplies to keep the dining area stocked.
• Upholding hygiene and safety standards to ensure a compliant workspace.
• Collaborating with kitchen and bar teams for seamless service.
