Job Description

Set up the restaurant, bar, breakfast area, and all areas as required by the hotel, and help clean and tidy areas and equipment used during your work shift.
Consistently offer professional, friendly, and engaging service.
Assist the manager in all areas of the Food and Beverage Department.
Assist guests regarding menu items in an informative and helpful way.
Follow outlet policies, procedures, and service standards.
Have knowledge of beverage lists and promotions.
Have full knowledge of all menu items, garnishes, contents, and preparation methods.
Follow all safety and sanitation policies when handling food and beverage.
Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications

Previous experience in similar roles is preferable.
Friendly and approachable with excellent customer service skills.
Attention to detail and exceptional organizational skills.
Strong team player with a positive attitude.
Ability to work effectively under pressure.
Essential to be flexible with working hours.
Must already have the right to work in the UK.
