You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an engaging, dynamic guest experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

• Welcoming guests to our new F&B outlets & providing efficient, friendly, and professional service
• Conveying the hotel's image through attitude, professionalism, and grooming standards
• Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests
• Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees
• Having good knowledge of our products
• Taking responsibility for your designated section and station
• Ensuring the F&B area remains well stocked at all times
• Receiving and processing customers’ payments
• Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service
• Cleaning and sanitizing tables
• Taking a positive problem-solving approach to guest issues
• Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services

Qualifications

• Previous experience as a bartender in hotels or service industries is required.
