You will support the seamless running of our Restaurant and Bar, by providing a highly efficient and effective service. You will be responsible for ensuring the quality, consistency, and delivery of all beverages whilst delivering an engaging, dynamic guest experience.

MAIN RESPONSIBILITIES

  1. Welcoming guests to our new F&B outlets and providing efficient, friendly, and professional service.
  2. Conveying the hotel's image through attitude, professionalism, and grooming standards.
  3. Communicating proficiently in English (spoken and written) with guests.
  4. Preparing and serving a wide range of cocktails and coffees.
  5. Having good knowledge of our products.
  6. Taking responsibility for your designated section and station.
  7. Ensuring the F&B area remains well stocked at all times.
  8. Receiving and processing customer payments.
  9. Maintaining hygienic food service techniques during service.
  10. Cleaning and sanitizing tables.
  11. Taking a positive, problem-solving approach to guest problems and concerns.
  12. Actively selling and promoting hotel facilities and services.
