A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER

What you'll be doing...

1. Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, ensuring an enjoyable experience from start to finish.
2. Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting and fulfilling special requests.
3. Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
4. Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas to keep the dining space inviting and well-organised.
5. Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and non-alcoholic drinks.
6. Assist with inventory management and restocking supplies to keep the dining area stocked.
7. Maintain hygiene and safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
8. Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service and support each other for smooth operation.

WHAT WE NEED FROM YOU

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Previous food and beverage service experience is a plus, but a willingness to learn is welcome.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-oriented mindset, ready to support others to ensure smooth service.
