Welcome Break is hiring a Hotel Food & Beverage / Kitchen Assistant to support guest-facing service and kitchen operations at our London-area site. Earn up to £12.85 per hour, with £1 meals on every shift and immediate start available.

You’ll help prepare simple foods, assist with breakfast and dinner, keep areas clean, and follow food safety standards while delivering friendly, efficient service to guests.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or hotel service is preferred.
• Willingness to learn food safety, hygiene and hotel routines.
• Flexible to work mornings, evenings and weekends.

Responsibilities

• Prepare and serve food and drinks for hotel guests during shifts.

As a Hotel Food & Beverage / Kitchen Assistant at our Welcome Break [Days Inn/Ramada] hotel, you’ll support both our guest-facing food and beverage service and the kitchen team behind the scenes, helping everything run smoothly during busy service times.

From preparing simple food and drinks to keeping service areas clean, stocked and welcoming, you’ll play an important part in making sure every guest has a comfortable stay and a positive experience with us.

What you’ll do as a Hotel Food & Beverage / Kitchen Assistant:

• Prepare and serve food and drinks for hotel guests, helping to deliver a friendly and efficient service
• Support with breakfast, dinner and kitchen preparation, including basic food prep, stock rotation and replenishment
• Keep kitchen, dining and service areas clean, safe and well stocked throughout your shift
• Follow food safety, hygiene and health & safety standards, completing checks as trained and escalating any issues quickly
