A DAY IN THE LIFE OF A FOOD & BEVERAGE TEAM MEMBER AT OUR HOTEL

What you'll be doing...

• Welcome guests with a warm smile and attentive service, making their experience enjoyable from start to finish.
• Take and process food and drink orders accurately, noting and fulfilling special requests.
• Serve food and drinks with care, maintaining high presentation standards and smooth timing.
• Set up, clean, and reset tables and service areas, keeping the dining space inviting and well-organised.
• Prepare and serve a variety of beverages, including basic barista duties and refreshing non-alcoholic drinks.
• Assist with inventory and restocking supplies to keep the dining area stocked.
• Uphold hygiene and health & safety standards, ensuring a spotless and compliant workspace.
• Collaborate with kitchen and bar teams to deliver seamless service.
• Perform light housekeeping duties.
• Assist with group dinners.

What We Need From You

• A friendly, professional approach with a passion for creating positive guest experiences.
• Prior food and beverage service experience is a plus, but we welcome a willingness to learn.
• Clear communication skills to interact confidently with guests and colleagues.
• A keen eye for detail, especially in order accuracy and food presentation.
• Team-focused, ready to support others to keep service flowing.
• Flexibility and energy to thrive in a fast-paced environment, especially during peak times.
