To be a successfulF&B Team Leader you will
need;

  • Proven
    experience as part of a Food & Beverage Team, a leadership role is
    advantageous
  • Thirst
    to drive and improve standards across all areas of our food and beverage
    areas, with an eye for detail- delivering best in class experiences with
    personality and warmth
  • Ability
    to lead, inspire, train a team, helping maintain high standards whilst
    being fair and consistent

F&B Team Leaderresponsibilities for this
role will include but aren't limited to:

  • Lead
    service from the front - taking guests orders, serving food and drinks,
    taking payments and giving great service to customers
  • Meet
    all site standards of service & lead the team to do the same leading
    to a great guest experience.
  • Have
    a good understanding serving coffees, alcohol and wine to both a bar and
    restaurant environment.
  • Opening
    and closing shifts, including cash ups and end of day sign offs
  • Aid
    in developing & mentoring the Food & Beverage team to deliver
    great service.
  • A
    willing to continue your development with both in-house and external
    training sessions.
