Job summary

LHM Luxury Hotel Management Ltd is seeking a Food & Beverage Supervisor for a family- and dog-friendly hotel in Studland. You will assist the F&B Manager with day-to-day operations, coach staff for outstanding guest service, and help drive profitability.

The role involves opening/closing duties, handling guest inquiries, and ensuring hygiene standards are met. The position is full-time, 40 hours per week over 5 days, including weekends, with live-in accommodation available and on-site parking.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is preferred.
• Strong customer service orientation with a can-do attitude.
• Comfortable working shifts including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Coach staff to deliver excellent guest service and exceed guest expectations.
• Identify training needs and support team development.
• Oversee daily activities and ensure smooth opening and closing procedures.
• Greet guests, advise on menu items, and handle enquiries or escalate to the F&B Manager.
• Maintain high venue hygiene standards and accurate compliance records.
• Contribute ideas to improve profitability and guest satisfaction.

We have now an opportunity to join our dynamic team asFood & Beverage Supervisorand assist our Food & Beverage Manager in the day to day running of the department.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure excellent customer service by coaching staff on how to exceed guest expectations.
• Take steps to identify and support training needs
• Ensuring the staff complete their daily activities
• Carry out opening and closure procedures
• Greet and engage guests, advising on current menus products
• Handle customer enquiries and complaints, understanding when to elevate to the F&B Manager
• Ensure high standards of venue hygiene/cleanliness are maintained and compliance records are kept up to date.
• Contribute ideas on improving profitability.
