Eastlands Venue Services Limited is a joint venture between City Football Group (CFG) and Oak View Group (OVG).

We deliver high-quality catering and hospitality services year-round across the Etihad Stadium and Co-op Live arena, supporting events for Manchester City Football Club and some of the biggest names in entertainment.

About the Role

The role purpose is to drive proactive Food & Beverage spend across multiple premium spaces at Co-op Live. The focus is on maximising revenue through bespoke hospitality packages and creating strong relationships with Co-op Live Premium members and partners.

Working closely with F&B leadership, kitchen teams, and operational managers, the role ensures smooth coordination from point of sale to service, supporting a high-quality premium guest experience.

Day to Day Key Responsibilities

Sales & Revenue Generation:

  • Drive F&B sales across premium hospitality
  • Develop strong client relationships
  • Identify and maximise upselling opportunities at every stage of the client journey.
  • Work closely with the Premium Sales Team, Premium F&B team, and culinary teams in order to support the promotions.
  • Support the creation of F&B packages tailored to client requirements and event type.
  • Work closely with the Premium Sales Team on weekly promotions directly offered to premium members.

Account Management & Coordination:

  • Manage client relationships from enquiry through to post-event feedback.
  • Maintain up-to-date records of bookings, revenue, and client information in CRM and booking systems.
  • Ensure accurate weekly sales reporting and performance tracking.

Operational & Commercial Support:

  • Collaborate with F&B managers and chefs on menu development, packages, and delivery.
  • Attend internal event planning meetings to provide accurate sales forecasts.
  • Support F&B leadership team in achieving overall commercial targets.
  • Keep updated on competitor activity and market trends to inform sales approach.
  • Attend key events to engage with premium clients and partners.

Key Measures & Targets:

  • F&B sales revenue growth period to period (frequency & spend per event).
  • Client retention and repeat business.
  • Accurate reporting on sales and bookings.
  • Client satisfaction and post-event feedback.

Qualifications & Skills

Essential:

  • Proven experience in an F&B Sales Executive, Corporate Sales or Events Sales role (hospitality industry).
  • Strong commercial acumen and sales drive.
  • Confident negotiator with excellent relationship-building skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple client accounts and events simultaneously.
  • Excellent organisation, attention to detail and follow-through.
  • Strong understanding of F&B operations and premium guest expectations.
  • Advanced communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Flexibility to work occasional evenings/weekends during key events.
  • Strong computer administrative skills.

Desirable:

  • Experience in stadium, arena or large-scale venue environments.
  • Experience working with CRM and booking systems.
  • Knowledge of premium hospitality and VIP service delivery.
