The Chancery Rosewood - opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

The Role

As an F&B Reservations Agent, you will be the first point of contact for guests looking to experience our world-class dining and entertainment spaces. With warmth, efficiency, and attention to detail, you will manage reservations, provide expert recommendations, and ensure seamless guest experiences from the very first interaction.

Key Responsibilities

  • Handle guest inquiries and manage reservations across multiple dining venues.
  • Provide detailed knowledge of menus, special events, and dining experiences to assist guest selection.
  • Maintain an accurate reservations system, ensuring seamless table allocations and guest preferences are recorded.
  • Liaise with the restaurant and front-of-house teams to ensure smooth service coordination.
  • Deliver exceptional service over the phone and via email, reflecting Rosewood’s luxury hospitality standards.

  • Experience in reservations, guest services, or F&B roles within luxury hospitality.
