• Develop and execute sourcing strategies across F&B categories.
• Lead negotiations, supplier selection, and contracting to deliver commercial value.

• Build strong supplier and stakeholder relationships to maximise value and innovation.
• Support simplification, cost control, and category growth initiatives.

Required Experience:

• Proven procurement / category management experience in Food & Beverage.
• Strong understanding of food product specs, allergen compliance, and supply chain risk.
• Sector background in hospitality, leisure, foodservice, contract catering, or grocery retail.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement, negotiation, and project management skills.
• A commercial, pragmatic, and solutions-oriented approach.
