Job summary

A leading theme park operator in Scotland is seeking an experienced individual to provide administrative support in the Food & Beverage Department. Responsibilities include managing schedules and stock takes, and assisting with menu preparation. Applicants should have a diploma in Hospitality Management and experience in the Food & Beverage industry. Excellent English and Chinese language skills are required.

Overview

Reporting to the F&B Operations Manager, the incumbent will be responsible for providing administrative and co-ordination support in F&B Department. He/she will handle the teamwork schedule, monthly stock take and POS issues. He/she will also provide support in preparation of menu and promotion collaterals. Besides, He/she has to follow up procurement procedure, goods receiving arrangement and maintenance work order etc.

  • Provide administrative and co-ordination support in the F&B Department under the F&B Operations Manager.
  • Manage the teamwork schedule, conduct monthly stock takes, and address POS issues.
  • Support preparation of menu and promotion collaterals.
  • Follow up procurement procedures, goods receiving arrangements and maintenance work orders, etc.
Requirements
  • Diploma in Hospitality Management
  • A minimum of 2 years\' clerical experience, preferably in the Food and Beverage industry
  • Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
  • Computer literacy in MS Office and Chinese Word Processing
