Job summary

Hotel Gotham Bristol is seeking a Food & Beverage Manager to lead the pre-opening F&B operation for Bristol's first luxury five-star lifestyle hotel. You will oversee our signature restaurant, rooftop terrace, cocktail lounge and private events.

Working with the pre-opening leadership team, you will recruit and develop a high-performing F&B leadership team, drive guest experiences, and deliver operational excellence from day one.

Qualifications

• Hands-on, commercially driven hospitality leader with pre-opening experience.
• Strong leadership and team development skills.
• Excellent guest service mindset and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Lead a multi-outlet F&B operation across restaurant, rooftop terrace, cocktail lounge and events.
• Recruit, develop and mentor the F&B leadership team during pre-opening.
• Ensure adherence to hotel standards, safety, and budget controls; optimise guest satisfaction.
