Our Client is looking for an experienced F+B Manager, with previous experience of working within fine dining. Set in a picturesque setting, a 4* Hotel, set in unspoilt surroundings offering an opulent experience for its customers.

As F & B Manager you will be required to assist the smooth running of the food and beverage offered in the hotel. An innovative attitude will be required to deliver a quality driven product whilst maintaining stringent financial returns. The F + B Manager must be a problem solver with a professional and calm manner and able to deal with people form a variety of cultures and backgrounds. Communication is key in this role.

Main areas of responsibility will be: training and developing staff, delivery of performance in line with procedures, to be a motivational leader, ensuring staff understand and adhere to policies, rotas, completions of hotel daily accounts, assist the General Manager, cash handling, developing sales, meeting targets, all aspects of customer service, anticipating and exceeding customer expectations, H&S, staff meetings, liaising with Head Chef, managing suppliers and any arising incidents.
