Food & Beverage Manager – Lifestyle Boutique Hotel Canary Wharf, London – Basic £55,000 OTE £65k – New Opening

We are seeking an experienced and dynamic Food & Beverage Manager to join our team at this exciting new lifestyle boutique hotel in Canary Wharf.

In this role, you will be the number two to the General Manager, taking on deputy responsibilities in their absence. You will oversee a team of around 20 staff, working closely with the Executive Chef to deliver an exceptional food and beverage experience.

The ideal candidate will have a background in high-volume, lifestyle-focused restaurants, bars or hotels. You should be creative, outgoing and able to develop the brand identity and service standards. Experience with opening new venues would be highly advantageous.

Key responsibilities:

• Manage all food and beverage operations, including the main restaurant, bars and potential additional outlets
• Lead, motivate and develop a team of hospitality professionals
• Drive revenue and profitability, managing budgets and P&L
• Implement brand standards and continuously improve the guest experience
• Support the General Manager with overall hotel operations as required
