The Dorchester Hotel and 45 Park Lane invite ambitious graduates to join the Ultimate Leaders Programme (ULP), a fast-track to hospitality leadership. Learn from our Dorchester Collection learning academy and aim to reach supervisory excellence across our iconic hotels.

You will rotate for 12 months in two six‑month periods within our Food & Beverage or Rooms divisions, delivering extraordinary guest experiences.

Qualifications

• Recent Hospitality & Tourism graduate or similar.
• Strong communication and customer service ethos.
• Demonstrates passion, personality, respect and teamwork.

Responsabilités

• 12 months of two six-month rotations in Food & Beverage or Rooms divisions.
• Deliver exceptional guest experiences through personal engagement and service.
• Engage with senior leaders for mentorship and development to become a supervisory leader.
