Gordon Ramsay Bread Street Kitchen & Bar in Bath is seeking a Food & Beverage Host/Hostess to greet guests and create a welcoming atmosphere. The role carries responsibilities across reservations, seating, and guest relations, with a strong emphasis on hospitality and teamwork.

You’ll join a dynamic, customer-focused team in a renowned brand, working flexible hours including evenings, weekends and public holidays, with a competitive hourly rate and service charge.

Formación

• Truly passionate about the Hospitality Industry.
• Previous restaurant or bar experience in a busy environment is preferred but not essential.
• Excellent personal presentation.
• Ability to function independently with a minimum of supervision.
• Excellent communication skills, the ability to communicate verbally and in writing.
• Be an enthusiastic team player with a flexible approach.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome guests to the restaurant.
• Provide accurate wait times and monitor waiting lists.
• Manage reservations.
• Escort customers to assigned dining or bar areas.
• Greet customers upon their departure.
• Coordinate with F&B team about seating options.
• Maintain a clean reception area.
• Cater to guests who require extra attention.
• Answer incoming calls and address queries.
• Assist F&B team as needed.
