Job Description

Location: Grosvenor Casino, Plymouth PL1 2SW

As an F&B Host, you will be the face of our business, greeting and entertaining customers to make them feel welcomed and cared for. Your passion for people will help create a memorable and entertaining experience. You will work to foster a fun and engaging atmosphere, exceeding guests' expectations.

You will:

  1. Be customer-focused, ensuring all customers have an amazing experience and want to return
  2. Be familiar with current promotions and products to help customers make the most of their visit
  3. Proactively offer friendly, efficient, and prompt food and beverage service, delivering products you are proud of
  4. Be aware of daily and weekly targets and contribute positively towards them
  5. Display a friendly and enthusiastic manner, responding positively to all customer requests politely and efficiently
  6. Replenish stocks regularly to ensure product availability at all times
