The Chancery Rosewood – opening in Summer 2025, a Rosewood Hotel Group property, is housed in the iconic former U.S. Embassy on Grosvenor Square, reimagined by British architect Sir David Chipperfield. It will include 144 spacious suites designed by Joseph Dirand, including a variety of dining and entertainment spaces: providing a stage for progressive ideas, voices and expression.

We are seeking an experienced and guest-centric F&B Head of Reception to lead the front-of-house teams across our dining venues. This role is instrumental in creating a seamless and memorable guest journey from the moment of arrival, ensuring warm, personalised welcomes, smooth seating coordination, and intuitive service touchpoints throughout. As the face of our F&B venues, you will lead a team of Reception Hosts and Reservationists, working closely with Restaurant Managers to maintain high standards and maximise guest satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

Lead the F&B Reception and Reservations teams, ensuring a consistent and elegant guest arrival experience across all venues.

Oversee the day-to-day running of F&B reception operations, from pre-arrival communication and booking management to welcoming and seating.

Act as the primary point of contact for guest greetings and special requests, maintaining an authentic, polished, and attentive presence in each outlet.

Build strong relationships with guests and develop a VIP recognition culture across the team.

Support venue leaders in achieving service excellence, ensuring team alignment with Rosewood’s luxury service philosophy.

Manage team scheduling, performance, and training to ensure excellence and consistency.

Collaborate with the Events, Concierge, and Front Office teams to ensure a seamless guest journey from booking to departure.

Optimise floor plans and booking systems to enhance guest flow and maximise revenue.

Ensure all guest data is accurately maintained in the reservation system, and used meaningfully to elevate service.

About You:

You have a strong background in luxury F&B environments, with proven leadership experience at a reception or guest relations level.

You’re passionate about hospitality and set the tone for exceptional guest interactions.

You have excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to remain composed and professional under pressure.

You thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings and enjoy being highly visible and hands-on with your team.

You are highly organised, detail-oriented, and confident working with reservations systems and guest profiling tools.
