Job summary

Whitbread's Premier Inn is seeking a Senior F&B Finance Manager to lead the financial strategy, planning and performance management for the F&B business. The role partners with the Head of F&B to provide commercial insight and strategic decision support to optimise revenue and profitability.

The position involves full budgeting, forecasting and performance reporting, influencing pricing, product and labour decisions while delivering strong operational partnership.

Qualifications

• Proven ability to lead and develop finance teams, delivering high quality insight, reporting, forecasting and decision support.
• Strong track record of owning end-to-end budgeting, forecasting and financial planning processes, including performance management and scenario modelling.
• Credibility to influence senior stakeholders with clear financial insight and recommendations.

Responsibilities

• Lead the financial elements of the F&B strategy and pricing decisions to maximise profitability.
• Own full-cycle budgeting and forecasting across F&B revenue and cost lines with scenario planning.
• Deliver executive-ready performance reviews and automated reporting on key drivers like cost of sales, waste and labour.
• Partner with Supply Chain and Operations to improve stock accuracy, waste reduction and site profitability.
• Develop and mentor a high-performing F&B finance team.
