This role is vital to guest experience, providing discreet, high-quality dining service within guest rooms. Knowledge of the menu and ingredients, along with the ability to engage with guests to offer friendly, personalized service, are essential. Guests often prefer relaxing in their rooms or enjoying the privacy of Room Service without compromising on service standards.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Follow the service sequence accurately with a friendly and discreet manner.
