• Host breakfast, lunch and dinner service; set up routines and structure to support the restaurant's success.
• Provide excellent service to guests; bartending / serving drinks at the bar as part of the job.
• Ensure the restaurant and bar are picture perfect and that meals and beverages are delivered promptly.
