Job summary

Royal Lancaster London is inviting a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant to join our Food and Beverage team on a casual basis at our central London property. The role involves delivering five-star service, welcoming guests, and supporting the outlets with setup and service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to policy and standards.
• Welcomes guests with a smile and a warm greeting.
• Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, and maintaining the buffet where applicable.
• Reports compliments/complaints to Assistant Manager or Manager immediately.
• Adheres to hours of work and arrives 5 minutes before the shift.

We are currently looking for a passionate Casual F&B Attendant, to join our Food and Beverage Department on a casual basis, with an immediate start to join us in consistently delivering memorable moments and five star service to our guests and each other. It is important to us that everyone in the team brings positive energy to support our happy and fun environment, as we strive to build a community of diverse backgrounds and life experiences.

As a Casual Food & Beverage Attendant, your main duties and expectations for the role will include:

• Ensures every guest receives exceptional service of food & beverage according to the company policy, SOPs and AA and LQA standards from him/herself as well as other colleagues.
• Welcomes guests as they enter the outlets (the “arrival experience”) with a smile and a clear Good morning/evening/afternoon.
• Assists with clearing, re-setting tables, taking orders, serving food and drinks, polishing equipment and maintaining the buffet (when applicable), following departmental standards.
• Reports any compliments/complaints immediately to Assistant Manager or Manager.
• Adhere to the hours of work/shift system. To be punctual and to arrive at the outlet at the appropriate time (5 min before the beginning of the shift).

You will work the hours according to your availability and business needs, just notify your manager and they will schedule your shifts accordingly.
