About the role

This role will be based in our golf course halfway house and will mainly involve daytime shifts, including weekends.

As a Food and Beverage Assistant, your duties include those of a waiter or bartender:

• Welcome all guests in a polite and friendly manner
• Deliver a great experience from beginning to end
• Confidently talk about our menus, offer upsells, and engage enthusiastically
• Take orders from guests and proactively ensure their needs are met
• Maintain cleaning and good hygiene practices
• Work across all areas within Sam’s and the Driving Range
• Assist in any outlets as needed to ensure the smooth running of the resort

About you

The ideal candidate will have experience working in a busy restaurant, but this is not essential as we provide training. If you have previous experience, we will help develop your skills further. Our requirements include:
