About The Role

The Wild Rabbit is a modern British inn set in the heart of the Cotswolds – a place to eat, drink, and sleep in a relaxed and welcoming setting. The Wild Rabbit family is growing, and we are looking for a passionate and experienced F&B Assistant to ensure the smooth and efficient running of service throughout the restaurant, pub, and private dining room.

You will be responsible for delivering exceptional service to our guests at all times.

Salary and Hours

SALARY: £12.38 per hour plus TRONC

HOURS: Full Time, 40 hours per week

Responsibilities
  1. Ensure the restaurant, pub, and private dining spaces are set up for each meal period, adhering to standards.
  2. Deliver outstanding guest service by exceeding expectations.
  3. Maintain all work equipment, crockery, cutlery, and glassware in excellent condition and stock levels.
  4. Have thorough knowledge of all dishes and beverages, including allergens, and communicate effectively with guests.
  5. Monitor the timing and flow of service, alerting management to any delays.
  6. Ensure bills are accurate and processed correctly.
  7. Contribute to our sustainability and social responsibility goals, aligning with our B Corp journey.
  8. Inspire and empower guests, suppliers, and partners to live and work more consciously, creating a positive impact.
