Food and Beverage Assistant, One Devonshire Gardens

£12.30 per hour, plus tronc

24 Hours Per Week

One Devonshire Gardens is set in a tree-lined Victorian terrace in the fashionable West End of Glasgow. It has an enviable reputation for service and style, standing out from the usual Hotel Du Vin standards.

In this role, you will:

  1. Assist in the smooth running of all events.
  2. Be part of the Food & Beverage team and work with top-quality food, drinks, and a reputable brand.
  3. Help control the flow and communicate effectively with the Kitchen and restaurant management to ensure seamless guest experiences.
  4. Work within our 3 AA Rosette restaurant, maintaining high standards.

We are looking for someone passionate about food and beverage and delivering exceptional hospitality. Knowledge of food, wine, and beverages is an advantage. You must have a passion for hospitality and deliver service with a smile.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, and need flexible staff to cover a range of shifts, especially evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.
