About the Role:

As a Casual Food & Beverage Assistant, you will help create a welcoming environment for our guests, serving food and drinks, and ensuring a positive experience. Your responsibilities include:

  • Preparing and serving beverages and snacks
  • Using the till to process orders and payments
  • Engaging with guests and promoting current offers
  • Maintaining cleanliness and safety standards
  • Providing excellent customer service
  • Collaborating with team members to enhance guest experience
Requirements:
  • Experience in food and beverage service or a customer-facing role
  • Knowledge of food safety standards (training provided if needed)
  • Experience in hospitality or events
  • Friendly, approachable, with good interpersonal skills
