Job summary

Leonardo Hotel Management (UK) Limited is seeking a friendly Food & Beverage Assistant (Breakfast) to be the face of the hotel in our restaurant and bar. You’ll work with a vibrant team to deliver hospitality that makes guests want to return.

You’ll share positive energy with guests and colleagues, speak confidently, and help maintain a welcoming dining experience. We offer special room-rate perks, vouchers, wellbeing activities, and clear progression through training.

Qualifications

• Experience in hospitality or food & beverage is desirable.
• Excellent communication and guest-facing skills.
• Positive and proactive attitude with a can-do approach.

Responsibilities

• Deliver friendly, attentive service in the restaurant and bar, focused on breakfast service.
• Engage with guests to ensure a memorable dining experience and build rapport.
• Assist with setup, cleanliness, and turnover to support a busy hotel environment.
