About the role

Our Food and Beverage department are a key part in providing our passengers with a smooth and positive journey through our airport. Our F&B Assistants work across the premium lounges, bars, restaurants, and cafes in the terminal. We bet you're thinking “so what is it I will actually be doing day to day?” well….

• I will serve customers at their table and at till point.
• I will prepare hot and cold beverages.
• I will prepare some hot food items and deliver them to our customers' tables.
• I will be responsible for stock rotation and replenishment.
• I will be responsible for the cleanliness of equipment, floors, and tables.
• I will support with stock deliveries.
• I will work with my team and my colleagues from other departments to consistently deliver our passengers with an exemplary service.
• I will fully embody the Airports ‘One Team' culture and understand that there may be times when I am required to undertake other activities to support the needs of the business.
• I understand that the Airport is in operation 24/7 so I may be scheduled and expected to work any shift during operating hours, this will include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and bank holidays.
