F&B Assistant, Hotel Du Vin

Salary - £12.30 Per Hour + Tronc

Type of Contract Permanent

Location Hotel du Vin St Andrews

In this role you will be the face of the restaurant and bar, you'll help control the flow, and communicate with the Kitchen and the restaurant and bar management to ensure smooth and controlled dining experience for our guests.

We are open 7 days a week 365 days a year and need people to work a range of shifts and days - this means greatflexibilityif required. We are busier generally during evenings and weekends but shift patterns and contracted hours can all be discussed at interview.
