A hospitality brand in Newcastle is seeking an F&B Assistant to enhance the dining experience through excellent service. This role offers a permanent contract with flexible hours, ranging from 16 hours per week. F&B Assistant, Hotel du Vin
£12.30 Per Hour + Tronc / 16 hrs per week / Permanent contract / Hotel du Vin Newcastle

In this role, you will be the face of the restaurant, helping to control the flow of service and communicating with the kitchen and management to ensure a smooth dining experience for our guests.
We are open 7 days a week, 365 days a year, offering flexible shifts and hours, with busier periods during evenings and weekends. Shift patterns and contracted hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview. We also offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside our brand training to support your development. Experience isn’t essential, but a passion for customer service and a willingness to learn are required.
