F & B Assistant, Sora Manchester

Rate of Pay / Hours: £12.30 per hour, 12 hours a week, with generous company benefits, training, and development opportunities.

You as a Server will be a hands-on operator, using your knowledge and experience to motivate, educate, and inspire your team.

We operate 7 days a week, 365 days a year, requiring flexibility for various shifts and days. Our busiest times are evenings and weekends, but shift patterns and hours are flexible and can be discussed at interview.

We offer nationally recognized apprenticeships alongside detailed brand training to help you excel and make a difference in guest experiences. This could be your next step toward a Head of Department position within Malmaison – we actively support internal development and progression.
