About the Role
Our rooftop bars at Johnnie Walker Princes Street serve food, drinks, and hospitality to visitors. The F&B Assistant team supports bar and floor operations, ensuring guests have a memorable experience by assisting bartenders, maintaining standards, and delivering outstanding customer service.
You will receive brand training to educate visitors about our products, support with bar duties, and ensure food safety and hygiene standards are met. You will restock stations and assist with service during peak hours, collaborating with bartenders and following recipes for cocktails and food service.
About You
You should have excellent customer service skills, preferably hospitality experience, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment. A passion for drinks culture and good communication skills are essential. You will be confident, able to make decisions, and passionate about creating an unforgettable experience for visitors.
