Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic Food Service Associate to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for providing exceptional service to our guests, ensuring their dining experience is enjoyable and memorable. The ideal candidate will possess strong customer service skills, a passion for hospitality, and the ability to communicate effectively with a diverse clientele.

Responsibilities

1. Greet and assist guests in a friendly and professional manner.
2. Take food and beverage orders accurately and efficiently.
3. Serve food and drinks to guests while maintaining high standards of presentation.
4. Handle guest inquiries and resolve any issues promptly to enhance guest satisfaction.
5. Maintain cleanliness of dining areas, including tables, chairs, and service stations.
6. Collaborate with kitchen staff to ensure timely delivery of orders.
7. Operate phone systems for taking reservations or answering guest questions.
8. Uphold health and safety regulations in food handling and service practices.

Experience

1. Previous experience in hospitality or customer service is preferred.
2. Familiarity with front desk operations in a hotel or restaurant setting is a plus.
3. Bilingual or multilingual abilities are highly desirable to cater to diverse guests.
4. Strong phone etiquette skills for effective communication with guests over the phone.
5. A positive attitude and willingness to learn are essential for success in this role.
