Job summary

Morson Edge is seeking an experienced Aircraft Maintenance Mechanic to support the F-35 programme at RAF Marham. Join a specialist team in a state-of-the-art department working on one of the most advanced aircraft platforms.

Located at RAF Marham in Norfolk, you will be part of a fast-paced operational environment, contributing to ongoing airworthiness and aircraft readiness with a dedicated team of around 12 maintainers.

Qualifications

• Proven experience working within EASA/MRP Part 145 regulations.
• Experience supporting complex military aircraft programmes.
• Engineering Apprenticeship or equivalent in Aeronautical Engineering or military training.

Responsibilities

• Carry out maintenance per Approved Technical Information, risk assessments and MOE.
• Ensure maintenance is documented and airworthiness records kept up to date.
• Identify, report and escalate technical issues or discrepancies as needed.
• Apply Human Factors and Error Management within the Safety Management System.
• Support Continuing Airworthiness by ensuring work meets CAW requirements.
• Perform a range of maintenance tasks including inspections, repairs, modifications, and testing.
• Work within a team of maintainers on the F-35 programme.
