Your new role
The roles available depend on each school's needs and can be full-time or part-time. Working as a supply EYFS Teaching Assistant suits those who have a passion for working within a school environment and can be flexible and adaptable, given the diversity of schools we collaborate with. We are looking for TAs who have a desire to work with children, whether within a full classroom, small groups to improve core skills like reading, or providing 1:1 care for children with SEN.
What you'll need to succeed
Previous experience working with primary school children for at least 20 days in the last 2 years, either as a Teaching Assistant or as a volunteer in youth organizations, sports coaching, etc.
