Job description

EYFS Teaching Assistant

Location: Swindon

Start Date: Immediate

An excellent primary school is seeking a dedicated and enthusiastic individual to join their team as a full-time, long-term EYFS Teaching Assistant. The role involves working in Reception, supporting children of all abilities, including those with SEN.

As an EYFS Teaching Assistant, you will support children in developing reading, writing, communication, and social skills. You will actively engage with pupils, empower them, facilitate creative lessons, and inspire moments of discovery and learning.

This position offers a rewarding experience, with the opportunity to create lasting success stories for the students you support throughout the academic year.

Role Details:
  • Position: EYFS Teaching Assistant
  • Salary: £80 - £95 per day
  • Working Hours: 08:30 - 15:30
  • Responsibilities: Supporting children 1:1 and in groups, including those with additional needs
  • Professional Development: Outstanding CPD, shadowing opportunities with therapists, counsellors, and experienced SENCOs
